Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Responsible Gambling Program Manager to coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives within Guest Services. You will oversee the Responsible Gambling program, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive training, policy writing, auditing, and reporting efforts.

Responsibilities include engaging guests on responsible gambling resources, analyzing program data, and collaborating with leadership and vendors on policy revisions and training.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and managerial experience in leading teams on projects.
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization; experience of writing policy and procedures preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite/365, Outlook SharePoint, and relevant audit software required.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the enterprise-wide Responsible Gambling program, compliance, and service to ensure results meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Directly engage with guests to promote responsible gambling awareness and provide education on resources.
• Plans, measures, and analyzes data while monitoring trends and program effectiveness; leads training and provides feedback to management.
• Coordinates with department leadership and vendors for projects, policy revisions, training, and enterprise liaison duties.
• Performs other duties to support the department’s efficient operation.
