Acuity Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support Acuity Intelligent Spaces (AIS) in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

This hybrid role blends strategic advisory with hands-on HR delivery, partnering with senior leaders to shape organizational design and talent strategy. Based in the Broomfield, CO area, the role requires 2 onsite days weekly and offers exposure across technology teams, HR COEs, and growth initiatives, with competitive benefits and USD compensation in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s in HR or related field preferred.
• HR certification preferred (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, or GPHR).
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including in tech-focused/high-growth environments.
• Hybrid work model with 2 onsite days per week in Broomfield, CO.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Strategic Advisor to align talent strategies and org design initiatives.
• Coach leaders across HR programs including performance, org design, and career development.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, and sensitive employee situations.
• Ensure consistent HR policy implementation across functions.
• Lead enterprise HR programs (performance, compensation, development, talent reviews).
• Maintain accurate HR data and provide data-driven insights.
