Qualifications

• 10–15 years HR generalist/business partner experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Strong communication and consultative skills; ability to influence senior leaders.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to drive HR strategy, talent management, and performance programs.
• Lead and develop an HR Analyst; serve as dedicated HR partner to client leadership across all disciplines.
• Advise on HR policy, employment law, and best practices across client groups.
• Coach managers on employee relations issues and organizational change initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to shape hiring strategy for assigned client groups.
• Support reward policy implementation (compensation, benchmarking, pay-for-performance).
• Develop and implement personnel policies; reevaluate policies annually.
