Job summary

Comcast seeks an HR leader to partner with client organizations and HR teams to drive recruitment, benefits, compensation and employee relations across the market area. This role requires traveling to multiple locations for team engagement, development and strategy.

The position involves developing processes to drive department efficiency, assisting in budget planning and guiding leaders on policy interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant HR experience preferred.
• 5–7 years of HR generalist/managerial experience.
• Ability to travel across market locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative support for leaders across operational areas to find business solutions involving talent development, engagement and performance management.
• Manages employee relations issues and assists with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling.
• Understand business analytics related to people metrics including turnover and performance measures; recommends policies to improve efficiency.
• Manages direct reports; ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies.
• Partners with management in multiple locations to align HR goals with business initiatives.
