Responsibilities

• Build relationships with all levels to influence leadership decisions in talent management and development.
• Execute business strategies for people-related matters and coordinate core HR processes.
• Assist in prioritizing projects and planning for improvements.
• Suggest ideas to improve efficiency of the HR department and services.
• Assist employees with HR inquiries via HR Service Center.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation on escalated issues.
• Manage resolution of employee issues and provide career coaching.
• Support hiring, recruitment and onboarding with managers and talent acquisition.
