APGFCU seeks a senior HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business priorities across multiple sites. You will coach leaders, drive workforce planning, and lead talent initiatives while ensuring fair employee relations and strong organizational effectiveness.

Requirements include SHRM-SCP, 7+ years in HR, and ability to influence decisions with data. This is a hybrid role with travel to APGFCU locations in the US.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• SHRM-SCP certification required and maintained in good standing.
• Minimum seven years HR experience with strategic advisory, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to align people strategy with business goals across multiple sites.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, engagement, and employment-related decisions.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational capability initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data and advise on compensation, benefits, and workforce investments.
• Lead HR initiatives from discovery through implementation and change management.
