Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, HR Business Partner to partner with senior and mid managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Based in our HR team and reporting to the Technology HR Director, this role blends strategic advisory with day-to-day HR operations.

The position will work across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, and Total Rewards to design programs, manage employee relations, and support organizational change.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of progressive experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology or related field.
• Experience in HR management or consulting in a dynamic, global environment.
• Proven track record of strategic work with business partners at all levels.
• Ability to analyze HR data to drive decisions and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Work with leaders to develop and implement organizational strategies and improve performance.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to advise on organizational design and people-related execution.
• Identify talent needs and partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and develop leaders.
• Analyze employee relations issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with HR COE on compensation, benefits, learning, and analytics.
