Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Director of Shoreside Talent Strategy & Operations to set the strategic direction for shoreside talent development, lifecycle programs, and leadership capability across brands and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated talent strategies, roadmaps, governance routines, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong portfolio and program management discipline with governance forums, dashboards, and stakeholder management routines.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead shoreside talent development and management strategy aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Establish an integrated portfolio view across talent lifecycle, leadership development, performance, succession, and onboarding.
• Translate priorities into clear strategic roadmaps, annual plans, governance routines, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify critical talent needs and leadership development priorities.
• Ensure talent initiatives are sequenced, resourced, and governed effectively to reduce duplication and focus on high-value work.
