You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and performance initiatives while shaping workforce planning and compensation at the facility level.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR analytics and employee engagement
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to serve as a consultant on strategic and operational matters
• Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and defines current and future business needs into an integrated strategic human resources plan aligned with long-term organizational initiatives
• Drives strategic initiatives as a proactive member of executive leadership
• Provides expert advice to influence business decisions related to people management and leadership
• Plans and approves labor demand models, workforce and strategic planning
• Oversees facility HR functions and serves as executive sponsor of regional talent strategies
• Monitors internal metrics and external market developments to diagnose retention challenges and critical talent needs
• Partners with executive leadership to develop organizational development solutions and ensure human capital development
• Leads local compensation strategies and collaborates on organization-wide compensation initiatives
• Develops and champions employee wellness programs aligned with mission and objectives
• Collaborates with business leaders to engage, motivate, and retain employees and drive communications
