You will translate business strategy, workforce data, and employee insights into integrated people decisions that strengthen capability and performance.

The role is strategic and hands-on, partnering with executives and HR specialists across planning, design, talent, rewards, and change to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology or related discipline—or equivalent demonstrated experience delivering business impact through people strategy.
• HR Certifications: SPHR or SHRM-SCP required, GPHR a plus.
• Typically, 10-15 years of progressive HR experience with HR business partnering and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into workforce, organization and culture interventions.
• Lead strategic workforce and skills-based planning and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Finance.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning and readiness calibration; drive internal mobility and continuity discussions.
• Advise on organization design, role clarity, job architecture and change-adoption plans.
• Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and inclusive talent practices.
