Job summary

Humanoid, a venture-backed robotics company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own planning and execution of complex robotics development programs. You will coordinate hardware, firmware, software, AI/ML across global teams in Boston, Vancouver, and London to deliver integrated humanoid platforms.

You’ll drive end-to-end planning, manage scope, schedule, cost, and process, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post‑graduate experience as a project/program manager in hardware NPD
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in robotics/engineering or a technical field
• Technical background in hardware, firmware, and software development
• Experience in cross‑functional engineering environments and scalable manufacturing
• Proficiency with multiple program management methodologies and tools
• Ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written/verbal communication
• Ability to lead through influence across diverse teams and work with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of a robot NPD portfolio
• Coordinate across Systems, Hardware, Firmware, Software, AI/ML, Design, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and more
• Track progress end-to-end, anticipate risks, and manage blockers
• Lead stakeholders with clear, efficient program communications
• Apply systems thinking to prioritize and guide teams
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
