Job summary

The Idaho Division of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner III to operate under DHR leadership and support the Idaho Department of Correction in Boise. This full-time on-site position partners with management to deliver integrated HR solutions across recruitment, classification, compensation, and employee relations.

Responsibilities include leading HR processes, analyzing data, advising on policy, and guiding organizational changes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human resource administration
• Knowledge of equal employment opportunity concepts and legal requirements
• Experience analyzing HR problems and developing alternatives
• Experience resolving complaints and providing HR consultation
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and test development
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Ability to work in a correctional facility
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Supervisory methods and employee compensation evaluation
• Experience performing job analysis and developing classification recommendations
