Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an HR People Operations Transactions Representative to handle a range of HR duties across countries, including data collection, inquiries, compliance, and reporting. The role requires confidentiality and adherence to end-to-end processes.

You will support customers on the HR portal, input data, and escalate when policy guidance is needed. A Bachelor's in Business or HR and 2+ years in HR or customer service are required, with Office, Workday or ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or HR or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in HR or customer service, preferably HR Operations
• Knowledge of HR processes, systems and policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from first contact through registration, escalation, and resolution professionally
• Support customers on the HR portal and online tools during transactions
• Provide operational transactional support and administrative services to in-scope processes
• Perform customer-related data gathering and input
• Work according to defined standards and local compliance requirements
• Escalate cases needing policy guidance or clarification
• Identify customer-centered improvements and participate in improvement projects
• Ensure SLAs are met and customer satisfaction is high
• Maintain knowledge and update the knowledge base as needed
