Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to lead payroll governance, employee relations, and employment compliance across affiliated entities from the Corporate Office in Cerritos, CA.

The role reports to the COO with a dotted line to the CFO and drives accurate payroll processing, policies, and HR programs. The successful candidate will bring strong California employment-law knowledge, executive communication skills, and hands-on payroll expertise, including

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish for investigations, policy discussions, and employee communications.
• Hands-on payroll experience with multi-entity payroll processing and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of California wage-and-hour and employment requirements.
• Ability to lead investigations and advise executives with sound judgment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accountability for payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across entities.
• Oversee Payroll & Benefits Administrator and HRIS governance within Paylocity.
• Guide leadership on employee relations, performance management, and policy consistency across sites.
