Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on payroll experience for multi-entity workforce.
• Experience with payroll governance, audits, and reporting.
• Knowledge of California wage-and-hour and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all entities.
• Oversee Payroll & Benefits Administrator and support personnel.
• Perform payroll processing personally when needed to ensure continuity.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll funding, GL reconciliation, and tax reporting.
• Provide HR guidance in English and Spanish across the organization.
