Job summary

Dexter is seeking an experienced Senior HRBP to partner with Upfit leadership, shaping talent and organizational design across Dexter facilities in the United States. The role emphasizes strategic advisory, workforce planning, and data-driven HR solutions to improve culture and performance.

You will influence executives, manage employee relations, and drive compliant practices while leveraging AI-enabled tools and analytics to inform decisions and support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience in generalist/HRBP roles.
• Experience advising senior leaders on workforce strategy and talent decisions.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS, analytics, and AI-enabled HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise Dexter Upfit executives on talent, culture, and workforce strategy.
• Translate priorities into integrated people plans and organizational design.
• Coach leaders through complex employee matters and change initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, and labor relations across facilities.
• Lead HR projects, executive communications, and cross-functional HR deliverables.
