Job summary

UNS Energy Corporation seeks a Manager, HR Business Partnership to lead a team of HRBPs delivering enterprise‑aligned HR services across the business. You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders, coach HRBPs, and ensure consistent, data‑driven HR support in line with UNS values.

This role partners with HR Centers of Expertise and the Solutions Center, guides workforce data analysis, and oversees employee relations and labor relations activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with HRBP, ER, and coaching.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing HR professionals.
• Experience operating in a modern HRBP model with senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, NLRA, FLSA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach HRBPs to deliver enterprise-aligned HR partnership.
• Partner with Centers of Expertise and Solutions Center.
• Guide HRBPs in using workforce data to diagnose talent challenges.
• Oversee Employee Relations casework and investigations.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations and manage LR interactions.
