Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner in Exton, PA. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at least 3 days per week (2 days in Exton, PA and 1 day in Radnor, PA).

The HRBP will advise management on HR strategy, lead onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation-related activities. The successful candidate will partner with Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other HR leaders to drive a

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide HR business partner support for initiatives
• Advise on policies, benefits and compensation
• Manage performance and talent management processes
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation for staffing needs
• Lead employee relations investigations and compliance
• Coordinate with Legal on statutory requirements
• Oversee offboarding and exit processes
• Deliver training with Talent Development team
• Perform other duties as needed
