As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in representing the human resources and people services areas, delivering key initiatives across the organization to help business areas achieve their strategic objectives. You will lead a dynamic team that diagnoses, develops, and implements client-specific solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Business HR.
$86,000.00 - $142,000.00
Salary
Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Boston, MA 02110 or Madison, WI 53783.
Candidates may be eligible for relocation based on the needs of the role.
