Job description

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in representing the human resources and people services areas, delivering key initiatives across the organization to help business areas achieve their strategic objectives. You will lead a dynamic team that diagnoses, develops, and implements client-specific solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Business HR.

Position Compensation Range:

$86,000.00 - $142,000.00

Pay Rate Type:

Salary

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities
  1. Collaborate with and leverage centers of practice (CoP) and shared services for business solutions, guiding through the employee lifecycle and service offerings including talent acquisition, inclusion, development, succession planning, and retention.
  2. Identify and implement strategic talent solutions in support of a transforming organization; ensuring the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic talent growth with a heavy focus on talent development, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion.
  3. Provide strategic business partnership to executives and division leaders.
  4. Support client-specific HR solutions.
  5. Support in the deployment of transformation work.
  6. Lead with influence.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience with change management and organizational change.
  2. Demonstrated agility in learning and adapting strategies to market realities.
  3. Demonstrated experience facilitating effective workforce planning to identify the capacity and capability of the organization to deliver its objectives.
  4. Demonstrated experience serving as a collaborative partner with senior leaders and positively influencing leaders.
  5. Demonstrated experience with using reporting and analytics to generate insights and present findings back to the business.
  6. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
  7. Demonstrated understanding of agile principles with experience in leading and/or partnering on organization change efforts.
  8. Demonstrated experience coaching and providing counsel and guidance to leaders.
  9. Business acumen and ability to understand multiple business operations.
  10. Demonstrated experience solving complex talent strategy needs.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in Human Resources supporting large, complex organizations, preferably within Fortune 500 companies.
  2. Experience partnering with senior IT leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  3. Strong experience in defined HR disciplines.
  4. Proven experience in organizational design, including structuring and optimizing organizational frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Experience in utilizing Workday for various HR and organizational tasks.
  6. Experience with data storytelling, with a strong ability to leverage data visualization tools and develop compelling presentations to leadership using PowerPoint.
  7. Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze complex data sets, create detailed reports, and provide strategic data-driven insights that support HR initiatives.
  8. Utilize HR analytics and people metrics to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Boston, MA 02110 or Madison, WI 53783.

Candidates may be eligible for relocation based on the needs of the role.
