An established industry player is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR services across its US entities. This dynamic role involves strategic HR support, managing employee relations, and developing programs that promote engagement and inclusivity. As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will guide and manage the overall HR services, policies, and programs for National Bank of Canada US entities – National Bank Financial Inc., NY Branch and Natbank located in both New York and Florida.
More specifically, in this role you will provide strategic and tactical HR support to the US region business units. You will support senior managers with all aspects of the employee’s lifecycle including and not limited to talent management & development, organizational development, HR compliance, managing employee relations issues, managing compensation & benefits, overseeing payroll and leading HR projects and initiatives. This role is the lead HR role in the New York office and will manage an HR generalist role.
The ideal candidate can wear several hats with outstanding prioritization skills and ability to work with multiple different teams in a fast-paced environment. The candidate would be an advocate for healthy team and organizational culture to employees and leadership.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base salary range for this position is : $125,000 USD TO 140 000 USD / year. This position is eligible for variable compensation also.
