Job summary

Young Brothers in Hawaii seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned business units. You will partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, manage employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and workforce planning to support organizational performance.

Responsibilities include conducting confidential investigations, applying policy, coaching leaders, overseeing onboarding and talent development, and ensuring compliant, practical HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of exempt HR experience.
• Experience as HRBP or Senior HR Generalist.
• Experience conducting confidential workplace investigations.
• Proficiency with HR systems (ADP/SAP/Cornerstone).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for assigned units.
• Lead employee relations matters and investigations.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on performance management and corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Collaborate with Legal, Labor Relations, and operations.
