United Biosource Corporation (UBC) is hiring an Associate Director/Director, HR Business Partner for CRO Services. This remote US role partners with business leaders to execute HR strategy, drive performance through people, and foster an engaging work environment.

You will lead hiring, coaching, and policy interpretation while aligning with Legal and Employee Relations on escalated cases. You will build workforce plans, oversee recruiting, and guide benefits/compensation strategies with Total

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years HR management in high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience leading change management and leadership development initiatives.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leaders and serve as main HR contact.
• Partner with leadership on trends and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on policy interpretation, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Lead recruiting with Talent Acquisition to ensure diverse, skilled hires.
• Coordinate benefits and compensation programs with Total Rewards.
• Drive employee engagement and leadership development programs.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, training, and compliance sessions.
