Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related org.
• 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with positive results.
• >5% travel anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's complex products/technologies.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations using strong interpersonal, HR, and ADP product knowledge.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate by sharing knowledge and best practices with leadership and clients.
