AdventHealth is seeking an HR Advisor to act as a change agent and partner with facility leadership in Colorado. The role focuses on influencing buy-in, guiding workforce planning, and driving HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, healthcare experience preferred, and strong skills in change management, communication, and program delivery. Day-one benefits and a comprehensive HR framework support your daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field required.
• Master's preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field required.
• 4+ years of HR experience preferably in an HR business advisor role within a healthcare setting preferred.
• Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred.
• Project management and consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as change agent, influencing and gaining buy-in at multiple levels.
• Drives employee engagement and change management activities.
• Coaches leaders through change management processes and decisions impact.
• Champions the HR operating model.
• Liaises with HR Shared Services for policy compliance and issue resolution.
• Advises on workforce planning, recruitment, leadership development, and performance management.
• Leads HR programs and initiatives at local or regional levels.
• Translates local business needs into HR goals aligned with strategy.
• Leads or partners on performance review committee projects with data-driven support.
• Forecasts and plans talent pipelines with line managers.
• Facilitates talent acquisition strategies with HR shared services.
• Designs and delivers onboarding and new hire experiences.
• Spearheads regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Collaborates with leadership on organizational development strategies in performance and engagement.
• Guides front line leaders on coaching and policy interpretation.
• Builds trusted partnerships with facility leadership.
• Maintains open communication to support programs and objectives.
