Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Associate- Analytics Solutions for HR Assessments to design, validate, and implement advanced assessment tools for tech, data and product roles.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and compliance to ensure assessments are valid, fair, and compliant while driving OKRs. Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related discipline.
• 5 years of experience leading selection assessment projects involving job analysis, content and criterion validation, adverse impact analyses, and ongoing statistical evaluation.
• Experience developing and launching new assessments including integration, UAT, change management, and training.
• Knowledge of assessment and AI-related laws/regulations (EEOC, UGESP, OFCCP) and collaboration with legal/compliance teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong self-management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Understanding of advanced quantitative analyses and working with data/analytic teams.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans and manage assessment workstreams aligned with firm standards.
• Lead job analysis, assessment design, validation, and ongoing evaluation against OKRs.
• Collaborate with assessment vendors and cross-functional teams on design and implementation.
• Create data tools and analytics to monitor metrics and progress.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and evolving tech/skills landscapes.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency for users and business.
• Draft assessment documentation and enablement materials.
