Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an HR Analytics Consultant to join its advanced analytics and AI team, supporting large enterprise clients in the United States. You will own end-to-end engagements, translate business problems into analytics and AI solutions, and manage senior stakeholders while guiding cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

The role requires 9–12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in HR analytics, and a strong grasp of HR metrics.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in HR analytics.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR data and analytics transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs (headcount, attrition, turnover, span of control, productivity).
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and engage senior HR/business leaders.
• Ability to oversee cross-functional technical teams and drive project delivery.

What you will be doing:

We are seeking an HR Analytics Consultant to join our advanced analytics and AI team supporting some of our large enterprise clients. In this role, you will:

• End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Take full accountability for client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring the successful execution of data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Strategic Translation: Act as the bridge between business and technology by translating complex business problems into viable, scalable analytics and AI solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage, cultivate, and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and support cross-functional delivery teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality project execution.

• 9-12 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in HR analytics.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-level HR data and analytics transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs, such as headcount, attrition, turnover, span of control, and workforce productivity.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops, engage senior HR and business leaders, and guide the technical team on approach.
• Strong ability to oversee, support, and unblock cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, pitch solutions, and drive account expansion.
• Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes.
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.
