Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an HR Analytics Consultant to join our advanced analytics and AI team, supporting large enterprise clients. You will lead end-to-end engagements, translate business problems into analytics and AI solutions, and manage senior client stakeholders.

You will guide cross-functional delivery teams of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts to ensure successful project outcomes. 9–15 years of experience, with at least 5 in HR analytics, required.

Qualifications

• 9-15 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in HR analytics.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-level HR data and analytics transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs (headcount, attrition, turnover, span of control, workforce productivity).
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and engage senior HR and business leaders.
• Ability to oversee cross-functional technical teams and guide approach.
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.

• End-to-End Engagement Ownership: manage client engagements from inception to completion.
