Tiger Analytics is seeking an HR Analytics Consultant to join our advanced analytics and AI team. You will drive end-to-end client engagements in HR analytics, translating business problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and client outcomes, while supporting enterprise-wide HR data transformations. Tiger Analytics promotes equal employment opportunity.

Qualifications

• 9-15 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in HR analytics.
• Experience in enterprise HR data and analytics transformation initiatives.
• Strong HR metrics and KPIs knowledge (headcount, attrition, turnover, span of control, productivity).
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and engage senior HR/business leaders.
• Ability to oversee cross-functional technical teams for delivery.
• Proven ability to identify business needs and drive account expansion.
• Collaboration with IT and Data Engineering to embed analytics into processes.
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own engagements from inception to completion across data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable analytics/AI solutions.
