Qualifications

• 3 years relevant work experience.
• Advanced experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx.
• Knowledge around database query reporting tools.
• Experience with predictive modeling.
• Demonstrated experience building complex statistical models.
• Familiarity with HR preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau.
• Provide management support for HR metrics reporting and advanced analytics.
• Analyze initiatives to identify trends and predictions.
• Create and maintain HR data sets, reports and metrics.
• Transform Tyson’s data visualizations to support business models.
• Provide data-driven consulting to HR and business stakeholders.
• Communicate recommendations to leaders through data insights.
• Drive initiatives that deliver cost savings and efficiencies.
