Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Partner to develop and execute HR strategy that aligns with business unit goals. Working with People Operations and COEs, you will partner with leadership to foster a safe, engaging environment and strengthen our Employee Value Proposition.

You will focus on retention and development, coach leaders, influence decisions, oversee onboarding, and drive ROI through HR programs while navigating 25% travel and relocation eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Experience with EEO/AA practices and safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and implement HR strategy to drive the organization’s vision.
• Develop and implement plans to optimize HR utilization.
• Coach leaders to drive performance and decision making.
• Identify and correct risk patterns in EEO and AA.
• Lead onboarding and orientation design for new team members.
• Collaborate on workforce strategy and execution with COEs and People Operations.
• Manage grievances and coordinate with LR COE on potential contract/CBAs.
