Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to turn workforce data into actionable insights for North America. You will develop analytics and reporting solutions to influence talent and business decisions across the company.

You'll analyze HR data, build dashboards with Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI, and partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges. On-site role in Pleasant Prairie, WI with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce or HR data.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; Python or DB knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities that strengthen recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges, providing data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning.
• Lead analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality and business processes.
• Translate insights into clear, concise summaries and presentations for leadership that support strategic business decisions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL. Knowledge in Python or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems preferred.
