Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the HR/Personnel field or closely related area.
• Two years of professional level HR experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate assignments and resolve complex matters.
• Collaborate with management and employees to advise on personnel policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and provide guidance as requested.
• Participate in recruitment events, training, and other assigned programs.
• Complete, analyze, and validate personnel actions.
