Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in consulting or HR roles.

• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences and clients.
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying digital AI tools in HR.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization familiarity is a plus.
• Interest in HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, or HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements focused on HR transformation, including process improvement and operating model design.
• Explore AI, automation, and digital platforms to modernize HR operations for clients.
• Collaborate with clients and senior team members to assess HR challenges and develop recommendations.
• Engage with AI-enabled tools to support research and content development.
• Develop compelling presentations, reports, and recommendations translating analysis into HR solutions.
• Participate in team problem-solving sessions to shape practical solutions.
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and project activities to identify opportunities.
