Job summary

Bentley Systems in Exton, PA (Hybrid) seeks an HR AI Solutions Partner to design and deploy AI-driven workflows for HR. Lead from concept to production, partnering with HR centers of excellence and IT to ensure scalable, privacy-compliant solutions that truly reduce friction for colleagues.

You will translate HR needs into AI-enabled tools, drive multi-project delivery, and continuously learn in a fast-evolving tech landscape, while collaborating with a broad People and Transformation team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, computer science, organizational psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing AI or automation solutions
• Hands-on experience with Copilot/Power Platform and Workday preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise system architecture concepts and IT integration requirements
• Experience building AI governance frameworks and risk management practices
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured designs
• Comfortable operating in environments with limited process maturity and being a self-starter
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving tech landscape
• Strong communication skills with non-technical colleagues
• Prior experience in HR/People function and handling sensitive data

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR teams to understand how they work and where AI can help
• Scope and prioritize problems; translate needs into measurable opportunities
• Choose best-fit approaches: enterprise platforms, automation, or custom code
• Build end-to-end solutions with AI agents and user interfaces
• Own solutions from idea to production; ensure usability by HR teams
• Collaborate with IT and enterprise architecture for scalable integrations
• Ensure data privacy and responsible AI practices
• Share learnings to enable AI programs across teams
• Translate AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Manage multiple initiatives with strong prioritization
