Chesapeake Regional Healthcare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support the People Division and CRH workforce, handling inquiries and leading HR projects.

The role focuses on onboarding, immigration, orientation, training, compensation, benefits, leaves, time and attendance, and HR policy interpretation.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, solid HRIS experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams/SharePoint, and Outlook.

Competenze

• Broad HR knowledge and CRH policies guidance.
• Min 3 years in recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, HRIS.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.

Mansioni

• Responds to complex inquiries and processes complex transactions that require broad foundational knowledge of HR and CRH policies.
• Provides hands-on expertise in onboarding, immigration, orientation, training, compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, time & attendance, performance management, HR policy interpretation, and HRIS.
• Assists in creation and maintenance of job descriptions, ensures consistency with industry norms and regulatory requirements.
• Assists in submission of grievances for consideration.
• Ensures data integrity through accurate data input and audits of electronic records.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
