Job summary

Tecolote seeks an HR Advisor to Senior Management to provide executive-level personnel administration, workforce management, and administrative support across defense and space intelligence sectors. The role includes tracking personnel actions, coordinating schedules, and maintaining databases to improve workflows.

Required is a BA/BS and 10 years of HR experience, with preference for DoD/IC experience. This on-site, senior-level position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR/support roles.
Experience with DoD/IC/U.S. Space Force or related federal organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

Track and process civilian, military, and contractor personnel actions and records.
Support workforce management activities including billet tracking and personnel readiness.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, visitor control, and leadership task management.
Maintain personnel databases and support workflow improvement initiatives.
