Tecolote is seeking a Senior Human Resources (Civilian) Subject Matter Expert (S11) for on-site national security support in Chantilly, VA. The role commands expert civilian personnel administration, workforce management and strategic HR operations in a DoD context.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree, 15 years of civilian personnel experience, and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance. The position offers a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience supporting civilian personnel administration or workforce management in the federal government/DoD.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced personnel workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, offboarding, staffing support, and awards package processing.
• Oversee maintenance of personnel records, staffing trackers, org charts, and complex manpower reports.
• Draft executive-level correspondence, memoranda, and high-visibility staffing packages.
• Manage critical meetings, schedules, and suspense actions for senior leadership.
