Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland seeks a Senior HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations experience to join our HR team. You will provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, and absence matters, ensuring legal compliance and consistent practice.

You will coach managers, lead investigations where required, support restructures incl. TUPE, monitor ER trends, and contribute to ER training and policy development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations/Employment Law.
• Must be able to interpret and apply HR policy and law.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a shared service HR delivery is desirable.
• Experience using a Case Management Tool is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management.
• Coach and advise managers on handling sensitive people matters in line with HR policy and employment law.
• Lead or support ER investigations ensuring thorough, fair, and timely resolution.
• Partner with senior managers to identify and mitigate ER risks.
• Support restructures including TUPE and redundancy consultations.
