Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 3 years of related experience in labor/employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law.

Responsibilities

• Resolves complex employee and labor relations issues; conducts investigations and recommends resolutions.
• Guides managers on employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Mentors HR team in complex case management and investigations.
• Administers collective bargaining agreements and interprets contracts for leaders and unions.
• Partners with Legal to respond to information requests and mitigate organizational risk.
• Supports HR programs, training, and resources to strengthen leadership and organizational effectiveness.
