Que Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior System Administrator to deliver HPC services and sustainment capabilities. You will support IT systems, troubleshoot across tiers, and manage Linux/Unix/Windows environments while coordinating with agency management.

The role requires a DoD 8570 IAT II certification and a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance within the seven-year window. Comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of System Administrator experience in similar scope and complexity.
• DoD 8570 IAT II level certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Handle Tier 1 Help Desk issues with diagnosis and resolution.
• Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 2 escalation support and problem resolution.
• Support day-to-day IT operations across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning.
• Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
