Job summary

Evlos Technology LLC seeks a System Administrator III to provide HPC sustainment across two dispersed areas, ensuring robust IT systems support and rapid problem resolution. The role emphasizes Tier 1/2 help desk, daily system operations, and DoD-compliant security prerequisites.

Required are a technical degree with extensive experience, TS/SCI with FSP, and a polygraph within the last seven years. Place of performance is NSAW/NSAU. Competitive benefits accompany this challenging assignment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in a technical discipline with 10 years’ experience as a System Administrator in programs of similar scope, or 15 years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient with implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 escalation of problems.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Support for day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution of client/server/storage/network devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform capacity analysis and planning
• Troubleshoot IT systems in depth and provide feedback to management
• Assist with dispatch system and hardware problem resolution
• Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows systems and related software
