Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to drive requirements, architecture, and test planning for complex hardware/software systems on the TTO 8 program. You will provide technical direction, guide trade analyses, and communicate with government stakeholders to ensure system integrity and successful delivery.

The role requires an Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 20 years of SE experience on large programs, and a related Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Twenty (20) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution; in lieu of a degree, an additional five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Systems Engineering experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, concept of operations, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities, guiding requirements formulation and alternative approaches.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system architecture, design documentation, and system engineering management plans.
• Interact with Government regarding SE technical considerations and associated issues.
