Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for IT systems and users.
• Manage Linux and Windows OS installs, patches and security hardening.
• Configure network components, monitor and resolve issues.
• Apply STIGs and remediate STE/STN findings.
• Patch Linux distributions for security compliance.
• Renew Linux server certificates and TLS updates.
• Automate tasks with Ansible where possible.
• Document SOPs and fixes in Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
