Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph, with DoD 8570 IAT II certification, and a technical degree or substantial experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (most recent poly within 7 years).
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix system administration.
• Hands-on storage experience and OS/file system/configuration tasks.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and HPC architectures.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Support enterprise storage systems: configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Manage file systems, configurations, software installations, and OS upgrades.
• Monitor, troubleshoot servers, storage, and network components.
• Diagnose Tier 1–2 issues and escalate complex problems.
• Support HPC networking technologies (InfiniBand, Slingshot).
• Develop Bash scripts to automate tasks and processes.
• Compile, install, and maintain software in Linux environments.
• Optimize performance and storage capacity; assist capacity planning.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve reliability and efficiency.
