Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Software Integration Engineer to lead automated software deployments, configuration management, and HPC tool integration across diverse environments. You will drive IaC initiatives using Ansible, Python, and container technologies while maintaining security and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience with COTS/GOTS software integration and heterogeneous OS environments.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience building Python modules for Ansible automation.
• Experience with IaC and automation tooling.
• Experience with containerization technologies and Helm in Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize automated software deployment and configuration management solutions for HPC environments.
• Orchestrate complex software configuration changes, upgrades, and production releases.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows.
• Develop custom Ansible modules using Python.
• Deploy, configure, and support Docker/Containerd/Podman in Kubernetes environments.
• Create and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.
• Implement DevOps and GitOps methodologies to improve delivery and traceability.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation lead for complex incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with O&M teams to diagnose issues and automate remediation.
