Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks an experienced HPC Access Control & Security Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain access control and permissions for Linux-based HPC resources. You’ll develop secure Python and Rust services, enforce authentication protocols, and automate security configurations using Bash, Ansible, and GitLab CI.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cyber, systems, and mission stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure software and to ensure compliance with agency standards in

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with Python and Rust in HPC Linux environments.
• Experience with Ansible, CI/CD (GitLab CI), and secure development.
• Strong knowledge of Linux user/group management and ACLs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain access control and permissions management solutions for HPC systems.
• Develop secure applications in Python and Rust.
• Design authentication protocols, authorization logic, ACLs, and permissions mechanisms within Linux-based HPC environments.
• Ensure access control solutions comply with Agency security policies and standards.
• Automate security configurations with Bash and Python scripts.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve integration challenges.
• Document configurations and procedures.
• Participate in Agile development activities and code reviews.
