Responsibilities

• Perform eligibility determinations for Housing Choice Voucher programs and related services.
• Schedule and conduct reviews to determine ongoing eligibility and rent calculations.
• Explain programs, rights and responsibilities to applicants, residents, and landlords.
• Maintain manuals and computerized records; lead special projects as assigned.
• Coordinate with landlords and other agencies to arrange housing solutions.
• Provide courteous, professional communication to participants and the public.
