Job summary

• Three years of verifiable experience in housing programs, inspections, or related services.
• Experience supervising staff and managing program compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and trains subordinates.
• Monitors staffing, caseloads, and operational needs.
• Audits and approves unit work to ensure HQS compliance.
• Prepares production and management reports.
• Interprets program documents and regulatory guidelines.
• Resolves complex eligibility, portability, and housing issues.
• Coordinates with HUD and other agencies to prevent fraud.
• Represents manager in absence and during meetings.
• Provides support to legal in eviction and hearings.
