The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Services, experience with housing software like Realpage, and at least 2 years in a housing-related position. Competitive salaries and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human services, or related field preferred.
• Low Income Housing Tax Credit certification or similar preferred.
• Minimum 2 years housing related or similar business experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent collection and occupancy for up to 175 units.
• Develop schedule for occupancy cycle implementation.
• Maintain accurate record keeping of office records and tenant files.
