Job summary

WSH Management, Inc is seeking an on-site Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a 64-unit community serving residents 62 years or older and/or disabled. You’ll live on-site in a rent-free one-bedroom apartment, manage rent collection, move-ins/outs, and maintain resident files while guiding maintenance and social service staff.

You’ll prepare annual budgets, review financials, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and landlord/tenant regulations, building a positive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Science not required but a college degree is preferred.
• Experience managing affordable housing or tax-credit properties is a plus.
• Proven ability to collect rents, maintain records, and prepare budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent collection and processing; maintain resident files.
• Supervise on-site team including maintenance and activity coordinator.
• Handle move-ins/outs, waitlist interviews, and site turnovers.
• Prepare budgets and income projections; monitor vacancies and leasing.
• Ensure compliance with landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing.
